The organization’s achievements include automated online applications with complete digitization of documentation processes, resulting in reduced processing times and increased accuracy for student applications.

TSLS maintains robust data security protocols while delivering seamless service through its digital infrastructure to its sponsored students in Fiji and overseas ensuring consistent quality across all student interactions. The recent launch on 9th January 2025, the institution launched Artificial Integrated 24-hour Online Service Chatbot, Online Travel and Bond Clearance Portal and Learning Enrichment Management System. 

Previously, TSLS launched the Employer Connect Portal, Sponsorship Information Management System, Online Escalation Complaints Management System and Customer Services through all major social media channels, amongst other initiatives in line with modern day customer service trends.
