5. Refunds and Returns
   5.1 Global Recognition Awards offers a 7-day return policy for most purchases provided deliverables have not been provided. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
   5.2 To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, but only on the basis that deliverables have not been provided within that time. 
   5.3 Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer, and will be set off against any purchase.
   5.4 Global Recognition Awards reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.
