Eghaneyan brings over 20 years of experience in telecom and utilities, including 12 years as a Project Manager overseeing large-scale projects. This experience gave her a thorough understanding of the unique challenges companies face when finding the right talent. It was during this time that she decided to build a company that genuinely prioritizes clients and employees, with customer service at the core of everything it does. Nexiya began offering staffing and recruiting services in 2013, and in April 2024, expanded into managed services, providing utility planning, design, and training, further enabling Nexiya to support clients more fully while opening new career pathways for community members interested in the utility industry.

Her work in the utilities field has produced measurable results that reach beyond immediate business success to broader industry change.
