Luxury cruise operators, expedition lines, and boutique charter companies can be nominated by themselves or by any passenger, industry expert, or stakeholder. The nomination process is open to operators of every size, from intimate boutique vessels to global luxury fleets, at no cost.
Each submission is reviewed by our editorial team for completeness, eligibility, and category fit. Cruise operators that pass screening are advanced to the panel for full evaluation against the framework.
Shortlisted cruise operators are evaluated using the Rasch model, which creates a precise, linear scale that allows fair comparisons across categories. Nominees operating in different regions or fleet sizes are scored on a consistent global benchmark.
An independent panel of industry experts (including former cruise line executives, veteran maritime captains, and senior editors of major luxury travel publications) assesses each finalist on onboard service excellence, fleet quality, guest satisfaction, reputation, and operational performance.
The awards program offers luxury cruise operators and lines a platform to showcase their achievements and gain recognition for their excellence. Winners receive digital certificates, features in high-profile publications, and promotional write-ups.

You can self nominate or be nominated by a client, partner, or industry stakeholder. Simply complete the nomination form on our website with accurate details about your company’s innovations, market impact, and growth. Nominations are open to businesses from all countries at no cost.
Candidates are evaluated across six dimensions: Innovation, Market Impact, Leadership, Sustainability, Growth Trajectory, and Social Responsibility. Our expert panel applies the Rasch psychometric model, grading companies on a 1–5 scale, with 5 representing world-class, exceptional achievement. This ensures a fair, bias-free comparison across all applicants regardless of industry.

We celebrate innovation at every stage of business development, from bold new ventures through to established global enterprises, provided there is demonstrable world-class achievement or extraordinary ability in their field.
Winners receive an award badge for use across all brand touchpoints, website, proposals, pitches, and social media. They also benefit from international media coverage across our global partner publications, access to a network of 2,500+ globally recognised companies, and the independent validation that attracts investors, partners, and top talent.
Selection follows a five-stage process: (1) Nomination, (2) expert eligibility screening, (3) Rasch model shortlisting , a statistical approach converting ordinal scores into objective interval measures, (4) in-depth evaluation by our panel of industry judges, and (5) winner announcement by email. Only companies demonstrating world-class or exceptional achievement are selected.
The nomination form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. After submission, our team will acknowledge receipt. Shortlisted companies may be invited to provide supplementary information such as company profiles, achievement summaries, and supporting testimonials to assist with the Rasch model evaluation.
