As CEO, Founder, and Creative Director of &Walsh, I lead a creative agency specializing in branding and advertising that creates beautiful, emotion-driven work resonating with audiences worldwide. 

I received the prestigious 2024 D&AD President’s Award for groundbreaking work and industry influence, joining an elite group that includes past honorees from Apple, Nike, and other global creative leaders. Previously a partner at Sagmeister & Walsh, I’ve worked with clients including Adobe, The New York Times, Levi’s, Museum of Modern Art, and Barneys. 

My work has won numerous awards from Type Directors Club, Art Directors Club, D&AD, and Graphis, and has been exhibited in international museums including the Louvre, LA MOCA, and The Jewish Museum. I founded Ladies, Wine & Design, a global non-profit initiative with chapters in 280 cities worldwide supporting women and non-binary people in creative industries through mentorship circles, portfolio reviews, and creative meetups. 

By launching &Walsh, I joined the 0.1% of creative agencies founded by women, determined to help change the leadership gap in the industry. I teach at the School of Visual Arts and speak internationally, inspiring the next generation of designers to push boundaries and create work that drives change.
